Cancellation Policy

Your holiday can be cancelled at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person signing the booking form.

All cancellations must be communicated to Club Dance Holidays in writing and sent by email or recorded delivery letter.

As all cancellations incur administrative costs Club Dance Holidays will retain the deposit of the client that cancelled and in addition may apply cancellation charges up to the maximum detailed below. For the avoidance of doubt any deposit includes any supplements paid in advance to secure specific travel arrangements.

The period before departure within which the written cancellation is received, the total amount of cancellation fee you will be charged is shown as a percentage of the holiday price:

56 days or more - Charged Deposit only

55-29 Days - 50% Charge

28-8 Days - 90% Charge

7 - Departure - 100% Charge

Taxes and insurance premium are non refundable in any case.
