Frequently Asked Questions
From transfers to toothpaste - we leave no question unanswered!
Bookings
Can I have a hotel room to myself?
Yes, but you will have to pay a single supplement. See our Prices page for details.
Can I make a group booking for lots of friends?
The maximum on one booking is 6 persons. For larger bookings, please contact us directly.
Will the event be gender balanced?
Club Dance Holidays believes it is important for both men and women to have equal workshop and freestyle opportunities; therefore, MedFest will be gender balanced. We empathise that gender balancing can sometimes lead to disappointment (especially for ladies, who tend to book sooner), so we encourage you to support our vision by talking to fellow dancers and endeavouring to make a gender balanced booking. You don't even have to share accommodation with somebody of the opposite sex, but if Club Dance Holidays can recognise a gender balanced booking, then you will almost certainly be guaranteed a place.
I can't book on because of the gender balancing. What can I do?
Firstly, ask around your local venues. The holiday can be great fun if you book with a friend or a group of friends, so practise your powers of conviction and try to gender balance your booking with your fellow members. Alternatively, contact our Club Dance Holidays representative about being put on a waiting list, and you will be contacted as soon as other single bookers apply.
Remember, you don't have to stay with somebody for it to be a gender balanced booking. You simply have to book at the same time as them.
How and where do I book?
Bookings are taken over the phone, via the booking form on our Book Now page, or you can book online here - www.clubdanceholidays.com
How can I pay?
Can be made either by bank transfer (we'll provide you with our account information) or by calling the office with your credit/debit card details.

Can I change my booking once it has been made?
Yes, however, this may incur a fee. The amount of this fee will depend on what needs to be changed and how late in the process you wish to make the amendment. See our Cancellation Policy page for further details.
Can I receive a refund of my deposit if I change my mind?
No. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable. It is a condition of booking that you take out suitable insurance to cover yourself for any unexpected circumstances that may arise after booking.
Will I have to wear a wristband?
Yes, you will be provided with a material wristband when you check in. This will be your access to the exclusive Ceroc events and areas in the hotel. The wristband should not be removed for the duration of the trip. Access will not be granted to those without a wristband.
